The international public organization “ Union of social protection of
children ”, versatile charitable organization, full member of the international
organization FICE (Federation Internationale des Communautes Educatives). The union of
social protection of children has of independent 15 branches in Russia and abroad
(Germany, Italy, Belorussia), and also 200 collective members in 56 regions of Russian
Federation. Has long-term experience, high efficiency in work. Union of social protection
of children - unique(sole) organization in Russia, which has organized multilevel,
versatile communication(connection) with public and state organizations in Russia and
abroad. Creatively applies in work with children and other social groups of the population
the Russian and world(global) experience. The work of the Union of Social Child Care
frequently is marked By(with) government of Russian Federation (partially finances the
programs and projects), the organization receives the awards, letter and gratitude. The USCC effectively cooperates with mass media, participates in legislative of activity in State Duma of Russian Federation and in Mayor Department of Moscow. From a history: the all-Union organization Association “Defectologue” is created in October, 1989, the international organization “ Union of social protection of children - member FICE ” is registered by the Ministry of justice USSR in February, 1990, reregisted on September 24, 1992 by the Ministry of justice of Russian Federation as, March 5, 1998 re-registers by the Ministry of justice of Russian Federation for ? 1259 as the International public organization “ Union of social protection of children ”. Kinds of activity: 1) Educational (license ?14509/55811) Courses of improvement of qualification of the teachers,speech therapists , psychologists. 2) Charitable (passport of charity ? 99 from 23.04.1998) 3) Professional and labour orientation for children and teenagers “ groups of risk ” and the disabled children . 4) Development of the methodical documents. 5) Publishing. 6) Creation of system of the specialized Centres interconnected among themselves. An example: the centre “ the Magic world ” (under aegis of School “of Arts and crafts ”) - is created in Moscow in 1996 (1997-1998 ??. In 7 regions of Russian Federation the branches under the programs of the given Centre in the programs “ Children of a street ”, “Family”) work. The programs USCC: 1. “Family” - rendering assistance to the families with many children and incomplete families living below the breadline. 2. “ A Call to destiny (“ Children of a street ”) - using the long-term experience on social adaptation and rehabilitation of children with difficulties of behaviour and cooperating with the Ministry of work and social development of Russian Federation, with Ministry of education of Russian Federation, with the Ministry of internal businesses (the preventive Maintenance of children's criminality) will carry out(spend) the large work on formation(education), education and adaptation of children “ groups of risk ”. 3. “ Youth romanticism ” - tourism, ecological and patriotic education of youth. 4. “Stork” - creation of a publishing House with a task of release of the qualitative literature for children and methodical literature for the adult. 5. “ Aircraft and cosmaunatics - children ” - professional orientation and education of new generation of the experts on space-rocket engineering from among the gifted youth. The humanitarian help to children of the experts on space-rocket engineering. 6. “ The Female crisis Centre “ Zoryana ” - help to the minor mums and women who have appeared in a difficult vital situation.
